The Trash module manages deleted records and data retention. Deleted items are listed with their description, type, deleted date and status, and can be filtered and searched.
IMPORTANT Trash is purged automatically after 30 days, and purged data cannot be recovered. Restore critical items as soon as possible.
22.1 Handling Deleted Records
- Use the filter and search to find the deleted record.
- Check its description, type, deleted date and status.
- Restore the item before the 30-day retention period ends.
