More than100 Units will be Charged as per unit, in addition to previous slap
For Example customer with 400 units local host
100 *30 = 3000 OTC+ 40MRC
200 *25= 5000 OTC + 78 MRC
100 *21= 2100 OTC+ 36 MRC
Total will be 10,100 OTC + 154$ MRC and O&M will be 20% of total OTC = 2020 $
