To disable a user:

Click on “Users“

Click on the user name in the users list

Select the Edit tab

Select the disabled check box and then click on update button.

The user will be disabled successfully.

Disabled users are the users that are temporarily unavailable for using system. To disable a user that means user is not able to login into the any interface of the system.
