Flotilla IoT proudly announces the launch of several new features in its advanced fleet management system. These enhancements span multiple modules, including Units, Staff, Vehicle, Reports, Schedule, and Event. Each update is designed to improve functionality, streamline operations, and enhance the overall user experience.

New Features in Units:

The option to use aggregate sensors has recently been added to the sensor suite of our white label GPS tracking software. This feature allows the system to operate on two or more input values simultaneously and display a combined result specific to the sensor type. By aggregating different data points, the function provides a more comprehensive and accurate analysis, improving decision-making capabilities. This enhancement enables better monitoring and reporting by synthesizing multiple sensor inputs into a single, meaningful metric..

Features in Staff:

The option to export data has now been added to the Staff module, significantly enhancing data accessibility and management. Users can conveniently download the complete staff data in a well-organized Excel file format. This feature allows for easy offline access, further analysis, and seamless integration with other business tools. By enabling quick export, the system improves reporting efficiency and supports better decision-making related to workforce management.

Vehicle Monitoring Features:

The option to export data has also been introduced in the Vehicle module, greatly enhancing the system’s usability and data management capabilities. Schedule Functionality Overview

The option to customize the reporting day and time has been added to the Schedule module, offering users greater flexibility and control over their report delivery. Users can now select specific time intervals during which they wish to receive automated reports, ensuring timely access to crucial data. Additionally, they have the ability to designate particular days for receiving these reports, allowing them to align report schedules with their operational needs. Furthermore, the module provides the option to exempt certain days on which users prefer not to receive any reports, minimizing unnecessary notifications and streamlining their workflow..

Events Module Capabilities:

‘Event’ button has been added that shows the customized events created by the user. It allows a user to view the complete history of any specific event.
